The Greetery
Have A Heart Collection
Hi friends!! There is an amazing new release coming to The Greenery tomorrow!! The new release is called, Have A Heart. It's packed full of so many beautiful new products, perfect for Valentine's Day and so much more. I created a lot of projects to share with you all, so let's get started.
First up, I created two card that use the new Hearts At Home dies. There are five new dies in the Hearts At Home series. There is a set of mugs, a clock, sweater, lightbulb and a toaster. There is also a coordinating sentiment set.
My first card uses the Hearts At Home Toaster die set. Such a cute die!! I assembled the die and attached it to my card panel. Next, I used the coordinating Hearts At Home Sentiment set to create my sentiment banner. This set includes a variety of sentiments that coordinate with the dies and some general sentiments too.
To finish my card I used the Ribbon Maker: Heart Strip die to create a border for the bottom of my panel. This die is similar to the Ribbon Maker dies that were released at Christmas but with a Valentine theme.
My second card uses the Hearts At Home Clock die set. Just like the toaster, it's so cute!! I followed the same layout as above and created my card.
I know you will love the Hearts At Home dies!! They are perfect for cards, tags and even small Valentines for children and their classmates.
Next, I created a couple of treat boxes. I used a couple of clear boxes that I had in my stash and filled them with M & M's. Next, I used the Ribbon Maker: Scalloped Hearts die to create a wrap for the boxes.
My tags were created with the Tear Strip Tags Valentine stamp set. The stamp creates four tags at once and coordinates with the Tear Strip Tags die from the previous release.
Lastly, I added a few aqua hearts that I created with the Ribbon Maker: Heart Strip die. Although the die creates a long strip, it is easy to cut and create a border as long as you need.
My next card uses the Round About Hearts die. I die cut the frame two times from white cardstock and then attached the two pieces together to create a circle. Next, I inlaid colorful hearts back into the heart openings.
For my sentiment, I used the new Hot Stuff Sentiments stamp and die set. This set includes five sentiments and coordinating dies. To finish my card I attached my heart frame to a pink ink blended card panel.
Are you still with me?
My last card uses the Falling Hearts Background die to create my card panel. I then used the Heart Arrow die for my hearts. I die cut the hearts from a few different colors and then stacked them together on the Heart Arrow backer die. Lastly, I used the Hot Stuff Sentiment set for my sentiment.
