Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! I am stopping by today to share a "sweet" Valentine's Day card that uses some fun products from Pretty Pink Posh.

I started my card by using the Big Valentine Cupcake dies along with the Valentine Mug Addition dies to create my images. I die cut the pieces from white cardstock and ink blended the individual pieces with finger daubers before assembling. I then added a few white paint splatters to my images and set them aside to dry.

Next, I used the Layered Heart Lattice stencil (2 layers) to create my card panel.  Such a sweet stencil for Valentine's Day, but will also make the most adorable baby card too! Once my panel was finished I die cut it with the largest Eyelet Rectangle die. I then attached my cupcake and sweets to my card panel with foam adhesive. Lastly, I used the Simple Strips: Valentine stamp set along with the Sentiment Strips dies for my sentiment.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed my card. I just love how the Valentine Mug Addition dies can coordinate with the Big Valentine Cupcake dies. It gives you so many options and fun possibilities. I can't wait to see what you create.

Enjoy your day,

    1. Thank you so much! I use Concord & 9th ink and blender brushes. To get the colors light I use a light hand and don’t add much or any ink to the brush. In other words, I will use the residual ink that is left on the brush from a prior project. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have a specific question and a specific color. The birthday cupcake is all Concord & 9th cardstock.
