Foiled Fox

Hello Friends! Today I am on The Foiled Fox Blog with a card that uses the Just Picked die set from Concord & 9th. I love the simplicity of these dies and how quick and easy you can use them to create a card for lots of different occasions. I was actually at the store yesterday needing an engagement card. (I knew I didn't have one at home and I was feeling stressed and needing to check things off my list). I grabbed a card and started to put the card in my cart when I saw it was $8.00!! I haven't bought a card in a long time, but I was shocked! I quickly put the card back and came home and made a card in a short amount of time. So that is what I am sharing with you today, a quick engagement card for a special couple...

I started my card by creating my bouquet and vase with the Just Picked dies. I die cut all of the pieces with Concord & 9th cardstock (Wheat, Pistachio, Avocado, Nectar, Grapefruit, and Sorbet). Next, I used a piece of Soft Stone cardstock for my card panel. I added a few splatters with gold paint to my panel and set it aside to dry. 

Lastly, I used the Vivid Script Sentiments dies from Spellbinders for my sentiment. I die cut the word congrats from gold cardstock and attached it to my panel to finish my card. Such a simple card to create but I think it will be perfect for an engagement!
