Ink To Paper

New Release: Countdown Day 4

March 19, 2021

Good morning friends! Today is the final day of the new release countdown for Ink To Paper. All of the new products will be available tomorrow night (March 20th) at 10:00 PM EST. Such a great release... what has been your favorite item from the release? Today I am sharing two more cards that use the popular Feathered Friends Sets, along with some of the new sentiment sets. Let's get started, shall we?

My first card uses the new Feathered Friends Mini #9 stamps and die set. I stamped my bird in shades of blue (Spring Rain, Blueberry Sky, and Enchanted Evening) and used the coordinating die to cut it out.

For my branch I used the Dear Friend Set. I then added flowers from the Floral Breeze Set. I attached my images to a Soft Stone piece of cardstock that had been stamped (Soft Stone ink) with the Nifty Plaid Background Stamp. My sentiment is from the new Just Sentiments: Milestones 2 Set. Such a fun little set to personalize your project. I stamped it in Enchanted Evening ink and then lightly ink blended Blueberry Sky ink over the top.

Next, I used two dies from the new Love To Layer: Torn Edges Die Set to create my frame. Lastly, I attached everything to a Blueberry Sky and Enchanted Evening card mat before attaching it myA2 card base.

For my next card I am using the new Feathered Friends 9 Die. I die cut the bird from white cardstock and ink blended shades of yellow onto the different pieces before assembling it.

For my flower I used the Prominent Petals Set (from day 1) and stamped it in bright spring colors. I love this set, the flower is gorgeous and because the petals are two different stamps there are a lot of possibilities for color.

To finish my card I die cut the Skinny Heart Frame from white cardstock. I then ink blended New Leaf ink onto the inside piece. I stamped my sentiment from the new Inside Greetings: Appreciation Set onto a piece of vellum. I wrapped my vellum around my card panel and then inlaid it back into my frame. Lastly, I attached my images with foam adhesive and a few clear sequins to finish my card.

Thanks for joining me these past few days. I hope you have like my projects. Please feel free to ask any questions about any of the products that I have used this week. I will respond to you before the release is available tomorrow night.

Enjoy your day,
