Urban Jungle Collection
There is a New Release coming to The Greetery on Friday, June 9th!! The release is packed full of so many amazing new products! I love all of the plant themed dies, they are so fun and work for so many occasions. The release is perfect for summer and so much more, I know you will love it!!
My first card today uses the new Greenhouse die. I die cut the greenhouse from black cardstock and then used a gray for the door (Isn't the door just the cutest? And I love that it opens!!) Next, I used the Garden Tub Filler die to create my plants for inside my greenhouse. This is one die that cuts out a row of plants to attach behind the bottom of the greenhouse. I love that you can use so many different dies and plants to fill your greenhouse, the sky's the limit!
Next, I used the new Little Labels Stamp & Cut Combo set for my sentiment. I then attached my greenhouse to a card panel that I lightly ink blended with a soft aqua ink and added a gray brick walkway across the bottom. Lastly, I added a potted plant to the bottom left of my card (more about these dies tomorrow).
My next card uses the Garden Tub die along with the Garden Tub Filler die to create my image. The Tub has a built in slit at the top that allows the strip of the Garden Tub Filler die to slide right in. I ink blended my plants and vines in different shades of greens and attached it to my card panel.
Lastly, I again used the Little Labels Stamp & Cut Combo set to create my sentiment.
My next card uses the Petal Pusher stencil set to create my card panel. This is a set of five stencils that layer together to create a beautiful floral background.
I used the Petal Pusher Blooms die set to create my die cut florals. I ink blended the flowers with coordinating ink and added a few white splatters for some added detail. For my sentiment I used the Arched Sentiments stamp set and dies. I attached the sentiment to a piece of vellum before attaching it to my card panel. Lastly, I added my die cut blooms around the sentiment arch to finish my card.
My last card uses the Petal Pusher Background die.
I started my card by running the Petal Pusher Background die through my die cutting machine. I then used the Petal Pusher stencils to add color to the florals and foliage that are cut into the panel. Everything lines up perfectly and it's so fun and easy to use. I love that the die give the panel some dimension. To finish my card I used the Birthday Blooms set for my sentiment.
