Honey Bee Stamps: Good Tidings

Hi friends! Today I am on the Foiled Fox Blog sharing a card that uses the gorgeous Good Tidings set from Honey Bee Stamps. This is a stamp, stencil and die set that creates a beautiful floral bouquet. It's easy to use and would be perfect to use to mass produce your Christmas cards this holiday season.

I started my card by stamping my bouquet (2 times) with the Good Tidings stamp set. I then used the coordinating Good Tidings stencil set to add color to the image. I used Concord & 9th ink for my blending. (layer 1: Lemongrass, layer 2 & 3: Parsley, layer 4: Nectar plus a little shading with Copic marker R30, layer 5: Poppy and layer 7: Stickles Star Dust). Once I added color to my images I used the coordinating Good Tidings die set to cut them out. I splattered the bouquets with a little gold paint and set them aside to dry.

Next, I created my card panel with Mushroom cardstock and the Pierced Snowflakes cover panel from Pretty Pink Posh. I attached my winter bouquets to the panel with foam adhesive and trimmed off the excess. I then attached the mushroom panel to a Poppy cardstock mat to add another layer of color and to tie my card design together. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment with the Good Tidings stamp set with VersaMark ink and heat set it with gold embossing powder. I then used the Good Tidings dies to cut out the sentiment before attaching it to my card panel.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card.

Enjoy your day,
