Waffle Flower

 Hello! There is a New Release available at Waffle Flower today and it is packed full of some fun new products!! You can find all of the New Release items Here: New Arrivals. The release is perfect for any cat or book lover and I happen to love both!! One of my other hobbies (besides card making) is reading... I read at least two or three books a week (sometimes more) so the book products are definitely some of my favorites! I was so excited to see them included in my package and couldn't wait to make a card. 

Waffle Flower sent me their new Shader Brush pack 0+ of brushes to try and review along with the Pop Up Books Panel Die and coordinating stencil set (I love this die and stencil!!). 

This is my first time using the new brushes and I love them. I felt like they were softer than the older version and easier to use for applying ink. They are made with high quality, ultra soft bristles and the brushes have a round tip with the bristles arranged at an angle for comfort and precision. I found using a "flicking" or "drag and lift" motion gave me the best results. It was easy to apply a layer of ink very quickly without any streaking or heavy ink marks. I dedicated a brush to each color family and know they are a tool I will be reaching for often. I hope you give them a try! I know you will love them.
