Foiled Fox

Concord & 9th: Parcel of Petals

Hi crafty friends! Today I am back on the Foiled Fox Blog with a card that uses the fun new Parcel of Petals set from Concord & 9th.

I started my card by creating my envelope with the Parcel of Petals stamp and die set. I die cut the envelope from Lilac cardstock and stamped the inside pattern with Lilac ink for a tone on tone look. Now comes the fun part... filling the envelope! The Parcel of Petals die set includes all sorts of florals and foliage to fill your envelope. I used Powder, Blueberry, Lilac, Fig, Parsley, Clover and White cardstock from Concord & 9th for my die cutting. Once the pieces were cut I built my bouquet in my envelope with foam adhesive and liquid glue

Next, I created my background with the Quirky Stripe stencil. I ink blended Blueberry ink on a Blueberry cardstock panel and then turned the stencil and repeated the pattern to create a plaid design. Lastly, I used the Parcel of Petals dies for my sentiment. I love that there are a few word dies included in the set. The Parcel of Petals stamp set also has some great sentiments included too.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I know you are going to love the Parcel of Petals set!! It's perfect for so many occasions and by just changing the colors you will have a totally different look.

Enjoy your day,
