Foiled Fox

Hi friends! Today I am back on The Foiled Fox Blog sharing a Christmas card that uses the gorgeous Floral Noel Set from Honey Bee Stamps. This is a stencil, stamp and die set that coordinates together to create beautiful floral images and sentiments. 

I started my card by using the Floral Noel die set to die cut my images. I then used the Floral Noel stencils to add ink to my images with Concord & 9th ink (Tidepool, Parsley, Poppy and Evergreen). I found it was easiest to line up the stencils on the die cut images, ensuring everything was straight and placed correctly. Next, I used Gold Glitter Paint to add gold glitter to the letters (Noel). I then used the Floral Noel stamp set to stamp Joyous onto the stenciled banner. Once my letters were finished I added a few white splatters with paint to my images for a little added detail. 

For my card panel I used the Argyle Plaid Embossing Folder (Spellbinders) and Midnight cardstock (Concord & 9th). I love the subtle texture that an embossing folder creates on a panel. Lastly, I then attached my floral clusters and letters to my card panel with foam adhesive to finish my card.
