I hope you all have been having a Wonderful week! I have been enjoying some sunshine in the Cayman Islands with my husband...not a bad place for a work meeting. The sun and the beach are two of my favorite things!! I also Celebrated a Birthday while we were here and we Celebrated our 23rd Wedding Anniversary, lots to be Grateful for.

Today, I have two cards using the Simon Says Stamps: Wreath Greetings stamp and die set. This set was released a few months ago (not part of a Christmas release), but when I bought it I knew I would use it mostly for Christmas. I love the simple, clean design of the stamp set.

I started my card by stamping, coloring and die cutting the wreaths. Next, I cut a piece of white cardstock to 5in x 3 3/4 in. I then made score lines at every (horizontal) half inch. I love how this adds a little detail, but still keeps the overall design fairly clear and simple.

To finish my card I used the Papertrey Ink: Keep It Simple Christmas set to stamp my sentiment on a banner. I used foam adhesive to attach both my wreath and my banner to give it a little dimension and help it stand out on the white background.
