Flower Power

The Stamp Market

May 19, 2019

Good Morning! Today I am sharing a set of cards using a stamp and die set from The Stamp Market. I have been a fan of their stamps for awhile now, though I just received my first few sets from the Butterfly Reflections, Ink Store. Vanessa is carrying a lot (if not all) of their products, so I know I will be placing another order soon.

I started my cards by stamping the Flower Power Stamp Set in VersaMark ink and heat setting white embossing powder. I love the look of the white embossing powder on the bright backgrounds.

The stamp is high quality and gave me a good impression on the first try, though I did use my Misti so it was easy to restamp my image.

Next, I used the Handwritten Thanks Die to die cut my sentiments. I cut the shadow from white cardstock and the smaller piece from Cement Gray (MFT Stamps) cardstock. I added foam adhesive behind my sentiment to give it a little dimension before attaching it to my card front.

My daughter has been asking my to make Thank You cards (she was out) so I think this will be a great start!

I hope you get a chance to stop by the Butterfly Reflections, Ink Store and check out their selection of stamps and dies from The Stamp Market.
Enjoy your day,
Dana
