Sending You Strength
Butterfly Reflections, Ink
August 12, 2019
Hi Crafty Friends!! Today, I am sharing a card on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink Blog. I am using the Gorgeous Beloved Daisy stamp set by Altenew, definitely a favorite!
I started my card by using the Beloved Daisy Stamp Set. I did all of my stamping with my MISTI, such a great tool for keeping all the layers lined up and for getting a good impression with your ink. Next, I used the Beloved Daisy Die Set to die cut my flowers and the stems. There is also a Coordinating Beloved Daisy Mask Stencil to go along with this set.

For my sentiment, I used the Pink Fresh Studio You've Got This Stamp Set. This is such a great set, designed by my crafty friend Caly Person (she is so talented). I love how you can build a sentiment with this set, so many great and encouraging words. I stamped my sentiment in VersaMark Ink (onto Vellum Paper) and heat set Silver Embossing Powder. When you are using a heat gun with vellum, make sure your heat gun is very hot and keep moving it over the vellum so your paper doesn't warp.
To finish my card, I attached my vellum to a piece of light aqua cardstock. I added my flowers and a few Pretty Pink Posh Valentine Jewels to my card front. Lastly, I attached everything to my A2 card base.
Thanks for stopping by!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
Such a beautiful card with the perfect message of encouragement, Dana! (Follow you on IG but can't comment from my iPad on your blog and others...so frustrating!)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Kathy!! I appreciate you taking the time to comment. I agree, it is so frustrating that you can't comment on a blog post from an iPad. Many times I want to leave a comment but I can't on my iPad and that is what I typically use.
