A Crafter's Heart

Trinity Stamps

March 16, 2020

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am on the Trinity Stamp Blog sharing a card that uses the fun, A Crafter's Heart Stamp Set. I fell in love with this stamp set when it was released and couldn't wait to create a card with it. You will see this set is full of possibilities! Let's get started, shall we?

I started my card by creating my card panel. I glued random widths of scrap cardstock to a thin piece of printer paper. I then trimmed the edges and overhang off and ran it through my die cutting machine with a basic rectangle die to clean the edges up.

Next, I placed my card panel in my MISTI and stamped the Crafter's Heart with VersaMark Ink. I then added white embossing powder to my stamped image and used my heat gun to melt the powder. I think this stamp set created such a fun look on my rainbow background.

For my sentiment, I used the You Inspire Me sentiment from The Crafter's Heart Stamp Set. I stamped it on a black cardstock banner and once again heat set it with white embossing powder. I then mounted my sentiment onto the center of my card with foam adhesive. Lastly, I attached my card panel onto an A2 card base.

What do you think? I hope I inspired you to give this technique a try. It is definielty one that I will be using again.

Thanks for joining me today! I will be back soon to share another project with you all.
Enjoy your day,
