A Mother's Love

Ink To Paper

March 23, 2020

Good Morning Friends! I hope you all are doing well and had a relaxing weekend at home. Morgan and Ric had to go to Spokane to get her school books, the things she needed from her dorm and her car. Because she was on spring break when all of this started, she didn't have what she needed to be able to finish her semester at home. Also, since she assumed she was going back to school she had only brought a few things home. Glad to have them back home and that task over with.
Today, I am sharing another card that uses a gorgeous stamp set from the latest release at Ink To Paper. The stamp set is called A Mother's Love, it is perfect for Mother's Day though can also be used for many more occasions.

I started my card by stamping my wreath and tulips with the Mother's Love Stamp Set. I used Blueberry Sky, Simply Chartreuse and Ripe Avocado ink. Then, I used the coordinating dies to do all of my die cutting. I love how the wreath includes both the inside and outside piece...adds a lot of options to the set. The die set also includes a few dies that allow you to create greenery or filler for your wreath.

Next, I started working on my card panel. I ran a piece of white cardstock through my die cutting machine with the Border Bling: Embossed Frame Die. I trimmed this piece down and attached it to an Enchanted Evening card mat. Next, I stamped my sentiment from the Just Sentiments: Mother's Day Stamp Set with Enchanted Evening Ink. I then attached my die cut "mom" to my card, to finish my sentiment. *The word Mom is included in the Mother's Love Die Set.

To finish my card, I attached my wreath to card front with foam adhesive. Lastly, I added a few sparkling jewels for a little added detail.
I hope you enjoyed my card today. This is such a versatile set, it will be one I reach for often.
Enjoy your day,
