Pretty Pink Posh

Hi Friends! I am back today with a card that uses the new Layered Leaves and Flowers Stencil from Pretty Pink Posh. You know I love stencils, and I don't mind masking either- but this stencil set makes it so easy to add multiple colors to your card panel to make a gorgeous and quick background. 

I started my card by spraying the back of my stencils with Pixie Spray. Pixie Spray holds the stencils in place without leaving a residue on your card panel. I attached the leaf stencil to my card panel and then applied Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink.

Next, I laid the floral stencil over the leaf pattern and applied Picked Raspberry Ink.

Lastly, I used Carved Pumpkin ink for the berries and added a little Stickles to my flower centers.

To finish my card, I trimmed it down and attached it to a lime green card mat. Next, I used the Simple Sentiments Stamp Set to stamp my sentiment on a black banner. I then heat set it with white embossing powder.

A fairly quick card to create, but one I will definitely be making again in different colors and with different sentiments. What do you think? Have you tried using Layered Stencils? I hope I inspired you to give them a try, they are really fun and easy to use.
