Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! I hope you all are having a great day. I am stopping by today with two birthday cards. I am always needing a more "boyish" card, so I thought I would create a few to build up my stash. 

I started both of my cards by creating my card panels. I used the Simple Strip die and die cut colored cardstock in a few fun colors. I love this technique for making a background, so fun and easy to do.

For my first card, I used the Party Cake die. Since my background was so colorful I kept my cake and frame all white. I think the white looks clean and fun on the colorful background. For my sentiment (on both cards) I used the Birthday Scripts set. 

For my next card I used the Layered Presents stencil set to create my row of presents. I masked off each present and applied ink in coordinating colors onto a white strip of cardstock. I then attached it to my card panel and added my sentiment to finish my card.
