Christmas in July

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. July is almost over... not sure where the month has gone! I have been wanting to create a few Christmas in July cards with products from Pretty Pink Posh and I thought I better get it done before the month is over!

My first card uses the Layered Present stencil pack. While this set works great for birthday cards I also thought it would be perfect for Christmas too! What do you think? I ink blended the layers with red and green dye ink and then added Glitz Glitter Gel in White over the bow layer for some added sparkle. 

Once my Glitz Glitter Gel was dry I trimmed my panel down and attached it to an A2 card base. Lastly, I used the Holiday Scripts set for my sentiment.

For my next card, I used the Build A Gift dies. 

I started my card by die cutting my packages from red and green cardstock. I then used the Mini Polka Dots stencil to create a subtle pattern on my card panel. Next, I attached my gifts to the panel and added a few reindeer from the Reindeer Friends set. Lastly, I once again used the Holiday Scripts set for my sentiment. 

Okay... that is probably all of the Christmas cards I will be sharing for another month or so. It has been fun to create a few but it is time to pack the Christmas away and get started on the fall and Halloween that is sitting on my desk!
