Reverse Confetti

Welcome back to day three of the Countdown to Confetti for Reverse Confetti. Today I am sharing two Christmas cards that use the gorgeous new Poinsettia set.

For both of my cards today I used the Poinsettia stamp and die set. I colored the sprigs and greenery with Copic markers (G29, G28, G24, R39, R37, R35) and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

For my first card I used the new Window die set to create my background. This die makes such a pretty background, perfect for Christmas and so much more. Lastly, I used the Christmas Hot Foil set along with the new Christmas Card Sentiments set for my sentiment. I love how these two sets can coordinate, though can also be used on their own. I attached my greenery to the bottom of my window with foam adhesive and then added my sentiment to finish my card.

For my next card, I used the Joy To The World die for my sentiment. I die cut the sentiment from Gold cardstock and attached it to a red embossed card panel. I then tucked a few sprigs and holly from the Poinsettia set behind the sentiment to finish my card.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope I inspired you to create a few Christmas cards of your own. Both of these cards would be perfect for mass producing... I can't wait to make a few more.

  1. Dear Dana - These designs are classy, sophisticated, and elegant. I love both cards. The large amt of white on one and large amt of red on the other really ground the cards w/o overwhelming the viewer. I love both and you did an awesome job coloring the holly and berries and evergreen sprigs.
