Hello Fall

Cross Stitching

November 12, 2018

Helo Crafty Friends! Today, I have a couple of cards that use some cross stitched panels I completed awhile back. You might of seen these on my Instagram stories a month or so ago...we were on a road trip and I did some stitching while riding in the car. I finally finished the actual cards, and I can't wait to get them in the mail for Thanksgiving.

I love that I can take some stitching along while traveling with minimal supplies. Here are what my finished panels looked like.

Once I got home, I attached my stitched panel to an A2 card base and added my sentiment. I layered my die cuts onto a piece of vellum so it wouldn't get "lost" on my card front.

My die-cuts and stamped images are from the Neat & Tangled set Hello Fall. This is a great set that with lots of variety.

Supplies:
Stamp Set: Neat & Tangled- Hello Fall
Dies: MFT Stamps- Cross Stitch Rectangle, Neat & Tangled- Hello Fall
Other: Embroidery Floss

We have a few trips planned this month...I will definitely be taking along some cross stitch and Christmas colors of floss. Do you enjoy "crafting" while on vacation?
Enjoy your day,
Dana
