Petals and Wings

Therm O Web

Good Morning! I had a Wonderful box of supplies from Therm O Web waiting for me when I got back home this week. I couldn't wait to get started and create a few cards!! While Therm O Web sent me the products to use, all opinions and reviews are my own.

I started my card by using the Gina K Designs: Petals & Wings Die Set to die cut my images from Gina K Designs Premium Cardstock in Luxury White. Next, I used the Petals & Wings Stamp Set to stamp my images with Gina K ink.

The Petals & Wings stamp set is unique in the fact that it also includes a Petals & Wings Stencil that can be used to add color, glitter, texture paste, etc to your stamped images. I began by spraying the back of my stencil with Pixie Spray. This spray is a Dream to work with!! I lightly sprayed the back of my stencil and it gave my stencil just enough tack to hold it into place over my die cut images. It is then very easy to remove from the die cut and reposition it again. It really made stenciling and holding everything in place so easy. I highly recommend giving the Pixie Spray a try if you enjoy using stencils. Once I had my stencil attached, I added Gina K Designs Glitz Glitter Gel in White to my stamped images. I love the sparkle that the Glitz Glitter Gel adds without the mess of actual glitter. It goes on very smooth and is so easy to clean off of the stencil.

For my card design, I stamped my sentiment (from the Petals & Wings stamp set) onto a die cut oval. I then attached my Butterfly and Flowers to my card front with foam adhesive.

Thank you Therm O Web for all of the Wonderful products you sent me!! They truly are a dream to work with.

  1. Well, now I am mad at you because I MUST have this set. It is too cute to pass up. I had hoped to curtail my spending on craft supplies but between my friend Gina K. and your talent I am weakening in my resolution. What is a woman to do???

    1. Haha!! I am so sorry Sharon...I wish we lived closer and we could craft together!! Wouldn't that be fun? I love how everything in this set works together and you can use the stamp, dies and stencil together or separately. Enjoy your weekend!!
