Grateful
Pretty Pink Posh
September 13, 2019
Good Morning Friends and Happy Friday...the 13th! I hope you all had a great week and are ready for the weekend! We are home this weekend but getting ready to go on vacation. I have lots to do and hopefully I can get a few blog posts done and scheduled for when we are gone, otherwise it is going to be pretty quiet around here.
Today, I am sharing a fun Fall shaker card for Pretty Pink Posh. I started by creating by background with the Pumpkin Background Stencil. I sprayed the back of my stencil with Therm O Web Pixie Spray. I highly recommend this product, especially when using a detailed stencil. It helps hold the stencil in place but it is also easily removable. For my ink blending I used Distress Oxide Ink in Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint and Brushed Corduroy.

Next, I die cut the Grateful Shaker Die from my card panel and again from a moss green piece of cardstock. I added acetate and foam adhesive behind my card panel to create some dimension for my shaker. I then filled my shaker with the Harvest Jewels Mix before closing it up. Lastly, I inlaid my moss green grateful pumpkin back into my card panel.
To finish my card, I stamped and colored a pumpkin from the Boo Stamp Set and some leaves from the Bear Friends Stamp Set. I then used the coordinating dies and attached my images to my card front with a little foam adhesive.
Supplies:
Happy Friday!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
