Happy New Week! I hope you all had a Wonderful weekend! We had a nice weekend at home. I did make a trip to Hobby Lobby on Saturday. They have Copic Makrers on sale for $1.99!! From what I have heard not all stores have marked them down yet, but they should all be on sale within the next couple of days. Definitely worth checking out if you use Copics...I've never seen them for that price.
Today, I am playing along with the MFT Stamps Sketch with a Christmas card. I know it is only September but I am trying to make a few Christmas cards here and there so when the rush of December comes I have a lot made already.
I started my card by stamping the adorable bird and sentiment from the Tweet Holidays Stamp Set. I colored the bird with a few Copic markers and used the coordinating die to cut it out. Next, I die cut the Merry Christmas Circle Frame from red cardstock.
I ran my white cardstock through my die cutting machine with a polka dot embossing folder. I then backed it with red cardstock to create a border at the top and bottom, following the sketch. Next, I mounted that onto a piece of striped paper from the Candy Land Paper Pack.
To finish my card, I attached my bird and sentiment with foam adhesive before attaching everything to my A2 card base.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Enjoy your day,
