Simon Says Stamp and Pretty Pink Posh
Hi Friends! I am so excited to be participating in all the STAMPtember festivities!! It has been a Celebration all month long at Simon Says Stamp and tonight Pretty Pink Posh is revealing their stamp set! The stamp set is called Topiary Stamps and it will be exclusive to Simon Says Stamp. Once it is sold out it will be gone, so you definitely want to place your order soon. I created two cards to share with you all today but I hope to be back soon with a few more ideas. Let's get started...
For my first card, I created a rainbow of trees. I used the three different solid tree images along with my MISTI to stamp the trees in a row. Next, I stamped my sentiment directly under my trees.
For my card design, I trimmed down my card panel and added a solid black cardstock strip to the bottom. Next, I attached a piece of rainbow striped paper from the MFT Stamps Over the Rainbow Paper Pad to the bottom of my card panel. Lastly, I attached everything to an A2 card base. A fairly quick card to make and I love how it is so bright and cheery!
For my next card, I wanted to use more autumn type colors. I began by stamping the smaller tree with VersaMark ink and added clear embossing powder to my stamped images. I then added Distress Oxide Ink in Fired Brick, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, Faded Jeans and Seedless Preserves over the top of the embossing. I spritzed the trees with water and used a small stitched circle to die cut them.

I then mounted my circles onto some patterned paper from Sunny Studio Colorful Autumn Paper Pad. To finish my card, I stamped my sentiment onto a small kraft strip of cardstock, once again using my MISTI to keep everything lined up.
