Pink and Main

Hello Friends! Today I am on the Pink and Main Blog with a set of Fall cards to share with you all. I always try and send Thinking of You, Happy Fall type cards this time of year and the Quilt Square 2 Die makes it easy and fun!

I started my cards by die cutting the Quilt Square 2 Die from a variety of fall colors. I then randomly inlaid the die cut pieces back into the frame. I attached everything directly to my card bases. I kept everything flat, which makes the cards easy to mail.

This is such a fun technique and actually fairly quick to do once you get all of your die cutting finished. I used liquid glue for all of my glueing, I find this works best for the small pieces.

I just love the stitched detail included with this die, it reminds me of actual quilting.

To finish my cards, I stamped the Fall Sentiments in VersaMark ink and heat set embossing powder in gold and copper. I love these sentiments! They are such a great size and font, definitely a "must have".
