Pinwheel Party

The Greetery

July 11, 2020

Hi Friends and Happy Saturday! I spent the last day and a half playing with the Pinwheel Party Bundle from The Greetery. I made a lot of cards and I thought I would share a few here today too. This is such a fun set to play with and there are so many possibilities  There are lots of amazing cards and inspiration found online with this set. Jennifer McGuire also posted a really helpful video using the set too. Here is a link to the video: Pinwheel Party Video

My first card is bright and fun! I used the Pinwheel Stencil Set to make pinwheels across the top. Then I used the individual pinwheel dies and stencils to make my three pinwheels that I popped up on my card panel. I used Distress Oxide Ink for all of my blending and the Birthday Blooms Set for my sentiments.

I used a card from Jennifer McGuire's video for my inspiration for my second card.

It is kind of "busy" but definitely fun and festive in real life. I did add a few Twisted Crepe Streamers and a few jewels to my pinwheel centers to finish my card.

For my last card, I used the individual pinwheel stencils and the masks. This was definitely the quickest of my three cards to create, and it just might be favorite.

There are so many designs and layouts you can do with these pinwheels! It will be a set that I reach for often. Have a great weekend my friends and I will be back soon.

Enjoy your day,

    1. Thank you so much! I used Distress Ink for all of my colors. The pink is Picked Raspberry and the purple is Wilted Violet. On the first layer I added lots of ink, on the second layer I used the same blending brush but didn't add anymore ink and used a light hand. I hope that helps.
