Ink To Paper

Hi Friends! I am back today with another card for Ink To Paper. This latest release included so many wonderful new product, I still have so many things I haven't had a chance to use. So let's get started...


I started my card by running the Border Bling: Joy Die through my die cutting machine. Once I had die cut the panel I added tape to the back to hold the inlaid pieces into place. Next, I masked off the center and ink blended Distress Oxide Ink in Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick and Seedless Preserves over the center rectangle. 


For the bird, I used the Feathered Friends 4 Die. I die cut it from white cardstock and added Distress Oxide Ink in Hickory Smoke, Stormy Sky and Faded Jeans to all of the different pieces. For my nest, I used the Hello Pumpkin Stamp Set. I love the way all of these different birds can fit inside the nest that is included in this set.

To finish my card, I stamped my sentiment from the Just Sentiments: Warmth Mini Stamp Set onto a cardstock strip that I had ink blended with Spun Sugar ink.

    This turned out really cute, Dana! The Feathered Friends are all cute but #4 I think is my favorite.
