Good Morning Friends and Happy Monday! How are you all doing? Are you working on your Christmas cards yet? I am sharing a slimline card today on the Trinity Stamps Blog that would be perfect for making multiples of and easy to mail too. Let's get started...

I started my card by creating my tree. I used the Tree of Lights Layering Stencil. This is a two piece stencil set that creates a beautiful bokeh-effect tree. I chose to use soft pastels colors and keep the colors of my card soft. You can use any colors though, and the results are amazing. The last color I added was a soft pink and then I kept the stencil in place and added a small layer of Glitz Glitter Gel to add some sparkle.

While my Glitz Glitter Gel was drying, I began working on the rest of my card. To create my scalloped border I used the Slimline Scalloped Card Panel Die. I ran in through my die cutting machine with a soft mint piece of cardstock and attached it to my slimline card base. For the stitched bordered on my card panel I used the Stitched Card Panel Die. Lastly, I used the Sentiment For (almost) Everything Stamp Setto create my sentiment.
