Pretty Pink Posh

Celebrating You

Good Morning Friends and Happy Sunday. I am stopping by today with a colorful card that uses a fun stencil and die set from Pretty Pink Posh. I made this card a few months ago when the stencil was released but I kept moving it on my blog for other posts... and definitely didn't want it to not get shared so let's get started...

I started my card by using the Peony Stencil and Distress Oxide Ink. The colors I used were Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet and Mowed Lawn. Don't you just love stencils? They make it so quick and easy to add color to an image. Next, I used the Peony Die Set to die cut all of my flowers and leaves.

To create my card panel, I ink blended Wilted Violet, Picked Raspberry and Worn Lipstick onto a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock. I then added some black and white paint splatters to my panel and floral images. Once this was dry, I trimmed my panel down and attached it to an A2 card base with foam adhesive. Lastly, I added my peonies and leaves along with my sentiment. I used the Let's Party Set for my sentiment.

Are you a fan of stencils? I hope I inspired you to give them a try. They really are a lot of fun and the possibilities are endless.

Enjoy your day,
