The Foiled Fox

Concord & 9th: Triple Step Autumn Leaf

Hi friends! Today I am on The Foiled Fox Blog sharing two cards that use the new Triple-Step Autumn Leaf set from Concord & 9th.

For my first card I began by using the Triple-Step Autumn Leaf Die to cut my white leaf. I then used the Triple-Step Autumn Leaf Stamp Set and my MISTI to stamp the leaf pattern onto the die cut. This stamp is actually three large foliage stamps that you layer together to create one gorgeous leaf. It is super easy to line up and very forgiving.  I used Pure Poppy, Ocean Tides and Simply Chartreuse ink for my stamping. Once my stamping was finished I added a Pure Poppy leaf behind my stamped leaf for a little extra color. I then mounted everything onto a Classic Kraft panel before attaching it to an A2 card base.

For my sentiments, I used the new Mix & Match Everyday Sentiments set. I am in love with this set, it's a definite must have! The stamp set is one large stamp that stamps all the sentiments at once. You then use the coordinating die to cut all of the words with one pass through your die cutting machine... so quick and easy! The sentiments cover a wide range of occasions and it is a set that I will be using often.

My next card uses the Triple-Step Autumn Leaf Die Set. I die cut the stitched leaf shape and then used Lacy Leaf die to cut the leaf detail. Next, I inlaid Pure Poppy, Simply Chartreuse and Ocean Tide cardstock pieces back into the die to a create a gorgeous leaf. I mounted an Ocean Tides leaf behind the white leaf for a little extra color and then attached my sentiment down at the bottom.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you liked my cards and I will be back soon to share another project with you all.

Enjoy your day,
