Waffle Flower

Hi Friends! I hope you all (those in the US)  had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! Today, I am so excited to be a joining in the Waffle Flower July Release Blog Hop! It's Christmas in July and so fun to be sharing my first Christmas cards of the year. You will love their new release, it is full of so many fun new things to get you started with all of your holiday crafting plus lots more. You can find all of the new product and release information on the Waffle Flower blog: Here. Be sure to check out each stop in today's blog hop for fun, inspiration, and a chance to win some of the new release products! The next stop on the hop is: Rosemary Dennis!

My first card uses the new Layered Poinsettia stencil. This is a two pack of stencils. The first layer creates the flowers and then the second layer adds the detail and the leaves. I did do some simple masking on the second layer so my colors didn't overlap. Next, I added a few gold and white splatters to my panel and set it aside to dry.

Lastly, I used the new Merry Christmas Duo set for my sentiment. I love the big bold lettering on this sentiment!! It is also includes smaller companion and stand alone sentiments. I know it is a set I will use often this Christmas season.

My next card uses the Snowy Pines Trees stencil to create my background. This is such a fun but subtle background. I love that it isn't overpowering but adds a nice amount of detail to you background.

I once again used the Merry Christmas Duo set for my sentiment. I then tucked in a few branches that were die cut with the Layered Winter Bird dies. Lastly, I added a few ornaments that I die cut with the Small Ornaments die set

For my last card, I used the new Dashed Snowflake cover panel to create my background. I then used the large Layered Ornament die to create my focal image. I love all of the detail and layers that this die includes. Next, I tucked in a few branches that I die cut with the Layered Winter Bird die and then added my sentiment that was stamped with the Merry Christmas Duo set

You can find the full hop list on the Waffle Flower Blog. Also, the next stop on the hop is Rosemary Dennis.
