Altenew

October 2023 Stamp, Die, Stencil & More Release

Hi friends! I am back today with a card for the New Release at Altenew. This new release is packed full of so many amazing new products that I know you will love. We are celebrating the new release with a blog hop and lots of fun prizes! You can find all of the hop details on the Altenew Card Blog and at the bottom of my post. I hope you join us, I know it will be packed full of amazing inspiration.

For my card today, I used the Festive Greenery stencil set. This is a three pack of stencils that layer together to create a gorgeous holiday background. Once my panel was finished I used the Metallic Watercolor set to add a few gold splatters. Next, I added a few coordinating strips of cardstock across my panel to create a space for my sentiment. I then stamped my sentiment with the Joyful Greetings stamp set and used the Joyful Greeting die to cut it out.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I love this stencil set and I think this will be a great card to mass produce during this Christmas season. It was fun to create and I also love that it is flat so it won't require extra postage.

  9. I love your idea of using solid strips of cardstock across the top of the card for a place to put the sentiments. I struggle with busy backgrounds and how to make the sentiment easy to see, so this gives me lots of ideas now!
