Peacock Friends
Pretty Pink Posh
Blog Hop
March 8, 2019
Good Morning and Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh Blog Hop!! Have you shopped the New Release? I think the Peacock Friends Stamp Set is definitely a favorite (I can't pick a favorite...I said it was like picking a favorite child, it depends on the day)!! But, how can you not love a pretty peacock?
I started my cards by stamping the two peacock images from the Peacock Friends stamp set. I used my Copic markers and colored them (one in purples and blues and the other in pinks and oranges). I then used the Peacock Friends Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For my card backgrounds I used Distress Oxide Ink. I just started blending colors without ever changing my sponge to get the desired look and colors I wanted. I spritzed my background with water and set them aside. Next, I cut my card panel into two pieces and stamped my sentiment from the Peacock Friends Stamp Set onto my bottom piece. I added glittered cardstock to the edges of my panel and then attached it to my ink blended background.

To finish my card, I attached my peacocks with foam adhesive and added a few jewels from the Party Jewels Mix. Every card needs a little sparkle!!
I hope you enjoyed my card today. There are 4 $25 gift certificates being given away (two winners each day). Winners will be picked randomly along the Blog Hop. Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PST on 3/13/2019. Winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh Blog.
