Season's Greetings
Pink & Main
November 3, 2019
Good Morning Friends! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your weekend. Today I am on the Pink and Main Blog sharing a Christmas card. For my card, I used the Be Merry Paper Pad for my inspiration. This just might be my favorite paper pad, so festive and fun!
I started my card by creating my stamped background. I used the Holiday Wreaths Stamp Set and stamped the small single floral images in a random pattern onto my card panel. This is such a fun technique to do with small stamps. I love how you can create a custom patterned paper design.
For my card design, I attached a piece of striped patterned paper from the Be Merry paper pad to the bottom of my A2 card base. I then added a small strip of aqua cardstock (to help separate the patterns) before attaching my stamped background to my card front.
To finish my card, stamped my sentiment from the Holiday Wreaths Stamp Set onto a vellum circle with VersaFine Clair ink and added clear embossing powder. I then wrapped some baker's twine around my card front for a little added detail.
That is all for today...
Enjoy your day,
Dana
