Good Morning Friends! Today I am sharing a couple of Christmas card that uses some fun products by Gina K Designs for Therm O Web.
I started my card by stamping my ornaments with the Wishing You Joy Stamp Set. I then stamped my sentiment and ornament strings with VersaMark ink and heat set white embossing powder. Next, I flicked a little white paint onto my card front and used the Wishing You Joy Die Set to die cut my ornaments.
Once my ornaments were die cut, I lined up the Wishing You Joy Detail Stencil and applied Glitz Glitter Gel. The stencil includes a few different designs that fit perfectly over your stamped image- so easy to use! The colors of Glitz Glitter Gel that I used were: Grass Green, Brilliant Blue and Red Velvet.
Once everything was dry, I attached my ornaments to my card front with a little foam adhesive.
Once I finished this card I decided to play along with The Card Concept Challenge. Their photo was of gorgeous vintage ornaments:
So I thought if I changed the colors my card would work perfectly.
I followed the same steps as above though this time I added Glitz Glitter Gel in Silver and silver embossing powder.
Such a quick and easy card to create... I will definitely be making a few more cards with this layout.
Enjoy your day,
Dana

ReplyDeleteThank you so much Julie!! I appreciate you taking the time to comment and I always love to play along with The Card Concept when I can.
DeleteAlthough, at first sight this work may seem simple, I am sure that it was difficult enough to create it. Am I right about it?
