Pink & Main

Thanks For You Kindness

May 3, 2020

Hi Friends! Happy Sunday! I hope you all are doing well and finding some time to be crafty. Today I am on the Pink & Main Blog using one of the New Release Stencils, Memaws Roses. I am loving all of the stencils that Pink and Main has released recently. They are such a great value, and have lots of possibilities. Let's get started, shall we?

I started my card by creating my stenciled background. I used the Memaws Stencil along with Distress Oxide Ink. (Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed and Twisted Citron) I did all of my ink blending with the amazing Ergonomic Blending Brush. These brushes are so easy to use, and give you the perfect even blend. I want to note- that the last batch of brushes have quickly sold out but there will be a new shipment arriving by the end of the month. You can do a preorder now and your brushes will ship as soon as they arrive.

Next, I die cut my card panel with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I then set this aside and began working on my sentiment.

For my sentiment, I used the Thanks Die. I die cut the shadow from vellum and the stand alone Thanks from the Ice Rink Sparkle Sheet. The rest of my sentiment (For Your Kindness) was stamped from the Grateful Greetings Stamp Set. I stamped it on black cardstock and heat set it with white embossing powder. Lastly, I used the Sentiment Strip Dies to create my sentiment banner.

As a final touch, I added a few sequins to finish my card. Thanks for joining me today. I will be back soon to share another project with you all.

Enjoy your day,
