Some Bunny Loves Coffee
Trinity Stamps
May 25, 2020
Good Morning Friends! Today, I am sharing a "Just Because" kind of card on the Trinity Stamps Blog. Do you send out mail to let your friends and family know you are thinking about them? I love to do this with my handmade cards. I know it is appreciated and it is nice to let someone know you are thinking about them.
I started my card by using the Slimline Stripes Stencil to create my background.
Next, I used the Dir-Tea Bunny Stamp Set to stamp the adorable bunny and coffee mug. This is such a fun set! I love the different sentiments that can be added to the coffee mug. I colored my images with Copic markers and then used the Dir-Tea Bunny Coordinating Diesto cut them out. You will notice that the bunnies hands are also die cut, this allows you to place the mug in the bunnies hands- too cute!
To finish my card, I stamped my sentiment from the A Sentiment For (Almost) Everything Stamp Set. This is such a great set with the perfect sentiment for so many occasions. I attached my bunny and sentiment onto a vellum circle before placing it onto my stenciled background. The vellum helps to mute the colors from the background and allows the images to stand out a little more. Lastly, I attached everything to an A2 card base.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I inspired you to create some "Just Because" type cards to mail to your friends and family. I will be back soon to share another project with you all.
Enjoy your day,
