Pretty Pink Posh

Bold Blooms

August 1, 2020

Can you believe it is August? I am actually not sad that another month has come and gone. I am ready for 2020 to be over in all honesty. How about you? Are you ready for this year to be over? It is hard to comprehend all that has gone on the past six months or so. Some days are so long...
Anyways, enough of that! It is a new month and I am stopping by to share a card for Pretty Pink Posh.

For my card today, I pulled out the Bold Blooms Stamp Set. This is an older small set, but definitely a fun one! I stamped the images in a random pattern with the the new Concord & 9th ink.  I have been wanting to give the ink cubes a try, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. They are a foam style pad, which I had not used often but they stamp like a dream. No more heavy tapping like you have to do with the felt pads. They require a light touch and you get the perfect amount of ink. I also used the small heart in the Bee Friends set to fill in some of my empty spaces on my panel.

Once my panel was finished I trimmed it down and attached it to a white cardstock mat. Next, I used the smallest Stitched Strips Die and die cut strips in coordinating colors. Once my strips were attached to my panel I stamped my sentiment. For my sentiment, I used the Everyday Greeting Stamp Set. This is such a great set with sentiments for lots of occasions and I love the font too.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. Have a great weekend and I will be back soon with another project to share.

Enjoy your day,
