Sending Blessings

Trinity Stamps

August 17, 2020

Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I am on the Trinity Stamps Blog sharing a card that uses the new Blooming Bunch Stamp Set. This is such a gorgeous floral image and the size allows for so many fun techniques.

I started my card by stamping the large floral Blooming Bunch image onto watercolor paper with Distress Ink. I used my MISTI to make sure I got a good impressions and could stamp over my image multiple times. I added ink to the stamp and spritzed it with water before stamping it onto my paper. The colors I used were: Abandoned Coral, Fossilized Amber, Crushed Olive, Faded Jeans and Seedless Preserves. Because I used a MISTI I was able to restamp a section or add more water to get a "loose" stamped image.

Leaving everything lined up in my MISTI, I stamped my image again with VersaMark ink and heat set it with gold embossing powder. I then used the Blooming Bunch Die to die cut my image.

Next, I stamped my sentiment from the A Sentiment for (Almost) Everything Stamp Set in VersaMark ink and heat set it with gold embossing powder. I then attached my floral image and sentiment to a vellum panel before attaching everything to a kraft cardstock mat. To finish my card, I added a few Melted Icicles Confetti to my card panel.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed my card and I will be back soon to share another project with you all.

Enjoy your day,
