Waffle Flower

 August 29, 2020

Good Morning Friends! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your weekend. I am stopping by quickly today to share a few cards that use some stitching dies I bought from Waffle Flower. Last week we drove to Spokane to move Morgan into college. It is a about a 14 hour car ride (each way) so I knew I would have some time on the way home (when I wasn't driving) to do some stitching.

The stitching dies were released right before we left so I was excited to have a project to work on while we were driving. During a "normal" year my husband and I are able to travel quite a bit, so I always have a little bag of stitching supplies to take along. It is perfect for all the sitting in airports and waiting that sometimes goes along with travel.

For my first card, I used the Stitchable Pinking Heart Die along with with DMC floss in a rainbow of colors. For my sentiments I used the Stitched Sentiments Stamp Set. It coordinates perfectly with all of the stitching dies and I know it is one I will reach for often.

I kept both of my cards very clean and simple...I let the stitching be the focus.

For my next card, I used the Stitchable Hearts Die. I die cut the hearts across the bottom of my panel and quickly stitched them in a rainbow of colors.

I hope you consider giving these stitching dies a try. They are super fun and easy to use. I love how you can take them with you too!

Enjoy your day,
