Summer Circles

Hi friends! I am so excited to be sharing a card today for the the Pretty Pink Posh and Ellen Hutson collaboration. I love when companies work together and especially when it is two of my favorites! The stamp set is called, Summer Circles and it has the most adorable images. I love how they coordinate so well with the summer release, though also work perfectly on their own. They will also make fun tags and cards for end of the school year, summer birthdays, etc. 

I started my card by making my background. I used the Layered Clouds Stencils and added dye ink in soft pastel colors. I love the versatility of this stencil. It would also make a sweet baby card. 

Next, I stamped one of the sun image from the Summer Circles Set. I colored it with Copic markers and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I then ran the sun backer die through my die cutting machine. I ink blended it with both yellow and orange ink and attached the two pieces together with foam tape. The other PPP Circle Sets (Valentine and Spring) will also coordinate with this set of dies... fun to have so many different options.

To finish my card I used the Summer Drinks and the Sea Friends (hello) to stamp my sentiment.
