Reverse Confetti

Welcome back to day 2 of the new release countdown for Reverse Confetti!! I hope you loved all of the Halloween projects yesterday... it was so fun to see what everyone created. Today I have two cards to share with you that definitely have a more "fall" feel to them.

My first card uses the new Fall Flowers stamp set. I started my card by taping off the edges of my panel to create a mask. I then ink blended red, orange and yellow dye ink onto my panel. Once I was finished I splattered a little water and white paint onto the panel.

Next, I stamped my floral bouquet and sentiment directly onto my panel with black VersaFine Clair ink and heat set it with clear embossing powder. I then used a small paint brush and painted the floral cluster with clean water to remove some of the ink. This step made the flowers a little lighter than the background and helped them to stand out. Lastly, I added a few clear sequins to finish the card.

My next card uses the new Autumn Apple Cider set. This stamp set will have you dreaming of a nice warm fall drink. I heard there were a few new fall drink flavors at Starbucks... I might need to treat myself to one. (back to my card) I stamped my images with the Autumn Apple Cider set and colored them with Copic markers. I then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I used the new Hello Holidays paper pad to create my card panel. Love how all the patterns can be mixed and matched, perfect for fall, Halloween and Christmas too. I then used the Large Detailed Circle Frame die to create my frame. Lastly, I mounted my images with foam adhesive and attached my sentiment at the bottom.
