The Greetery

Hello and Happy Friday! I am stopping by today with a card that uses a few new things from The Greetery. The new release was full of all things summer and I had to place a small order.

The BotaniCuts Geranium dies were calling my name. They remind me so much of my grandmother. She always had geraniums growing in her yard. I uses Distress Oxide ink for all of my blending. The colors I used were Picked Raspberry, Festive Berries, Mowed Lawn and Blueprint Sketch. So easy to make the floral clusters... once I was finished I spritzed everything with water and added a few splatters with white paint and the coordinating reinkers. For my sentiment, I used the Opposites Attract set. I love that there is now a coordinating die for the companion sentiments. I mounted everything onto a card panel that been die cut with the Square Dance die. Lastly, I had to use the Fireflies dies to create a few bees as a final touch.

Thanks for joining me today.

Enjoy your day,

  3. Hi Dana! How’s your summer so far? I’m so glad we took a couple of weeks to visit some of our children at the beginning of the season because it’s been brutally hot here lately. I always look forward to your Greetery posts and this is a real beauty! My hubby is going to be gone for a few days and with my house in order, I look forward ( big time) to some alone time to craft, non-stop. I fell in love with this set too and can’t get it off my mind. I can’t wait to make some geraniums in different colors. I love your work as always and this is a perfect time to stop by and say howdy! Hope all is well and you’re enjoying the summer season. God bless. 😊💖
