Pretty Pink Posh

 Hi friends! I was on the Pretty Pink Posh blog a few days ago sharing a sneak peek at the new stencils that are part of the new release. The new release is available now and I wanted to share the cards on my own blog too. 

The stencils for this release center around the fun birthday theme. There are three packs of layered stencils which include cupcakes, presents and candles. 

My first card uses the Layered Cupcake stencil. I started by making my card panel with the three stencils and dye ink in pink, aqua and purple. The color combinations are endless with these stencils. 

The stencils easily layer on top of each other to create the most adorable card panel. Once my panel was finished I added a few splatters with white paint and then set it aside to dry. Lastly, I used the new Birthday Scripts set to stamp and die cut my sentiment. This sentiment set is perfect for all of your birthday cards and so much more. 

For my next card I used the new Layered Presents stencil set. Keeping my color palette the same as before I used the three stencils to make a card panel. 

Once my panel was finished I trimmed it down to a 2.25 inch strip. I then used the Scallop Border die to create my purple border for each side of the strip. Next, I used the new Build A Gift die set to create my die cut present. This die set is so fun, it includes two different size presents with different patterns, bows and ribbons that can all be mixed and matched. Lastly, I used the Build A Cupcake stamp set to stamp my sentiment.
