New Release Countdown: Day 2

Welcome back to day 2 of the countdown for Papertrey Ink. Today we are using some fun new products that will be perfect the end of the school year and for teacher type gifts too. Our youngest daughter is graduating in May and accepted a teaching job in Nashville, so I know these are products I will be using often! She already claimed both of these cards to thank a few members of the staff where she is doing her student teaching.

For my first card, I used the new Cover Plate: Decorative Circles die to create my card panel. I mounted it onto an Enchanted Evening card base. I know this is a die that I will be reaching for often. It makes such a great background. 

Next, I used the Simply Stitched A2 Vertical die to die cut my panel for the center of my card. 

I then used the new Treasured Teacher and Treasured Teacher: Apple Prints to stamp and die cut all of the fun images! So much fun!! Lastly, I used the Treasured Teacher set to stamp my sentiment.

I love a rainbow card and the pencil in the Treasured Teacher set just needed to be stamped in a rainbow of colors! I die cut all of the pencils with the Treasured Teacher die set and used my Misti to quickly stamp them in a rainbow of colors. 

I attached the pencils to a card panel and then stamped and attached my sentiment in the center. Such an easy, but fun card to create.
