Hello and Welcome! I am sharing a card today for the Papertrey Ink Challenge, Create Along With Us.

I had a hard time narrowing down my choice this release...but, the card by Kimberly Crawford, For the Love of Paper, definitely caught my eye.  

I loved the way she used gold embossing powder on dark blue cardstock. Her new stamp set is pretty gorgeous too!! Here is her card:

As you can see I followed her layout pretty closely, just swapping out stamps that I already had.  I wanted to make a Fall inspired so I chose my sentiment first.  I love the sentiments in the Give Thanks set. I stamped that in the middle of my card with VersaMark ink and embossed it in gold. Next, I added my leaves around my sentiment to make a border.  My leaves are from the Songbirds stamp set. Once I had everything embossed I trimmed down my card front and mounted it on an Enchanted Evening a A2 card.  I will definitely reproduce this card, I think it will be so pretty in Pinfeather for Christmas.
