Happy Weekend! Today I am sharing a decoration I made for my craft room (a perfect little weekend project). If you are like me you have a lot of buttons in your craft room...I am not sure what I ever thought I would do with all of those buttons! Anyways, I saw a similar idea on Pinterest and went from there.
I started out with an inexpensive 5x5 Gesso Board from Hobby Lobby. It was on sale for around $2.00. I liked the Gesso Board because it was hard, which in turn makes it easy to stamp on. I used a heart die to give me the basic shape of my heart and to help with the placement of my stamped wording.

My sentiment is from the Waffle Flower Stamp Set Rainbows.  I stamped my sentiment with Memento Black Ink. Then, I layed out my buttons in a rainbow pattern making sure I liked the arrangement. Next, I  attached the buttons to my board with Beacon 3-in-1 glue. I like this glue because it has a very strong hold. Also, because it is liquid you have a little time to move things around and make adjustments.

Supplies:
Stamps: Waffle Flower Rainbows
Ink: Memento
Other: Gesso Board, Buttons, Beacon 3-in-1 Glue

Thanks for stopping by,
Dana
