Aloha

Pretty Pink Posh

June 10, 2019

Happy Monday! I hope you all are doing well. I am sorry my post is a little late today but we have been traveling and I am trying to catch up. We got home yesterday, but I am exhausted. The last month and a half we have had a lot of travel that has been back to back...while it is fun and all I am tired and ready to be home! I will be attending Junkie Fest later this month (yeah!! I am so excited) but other than that we will be home (I hope) until late summer.

Today is such a fun day at Pretty Pink Posh! The New Release is in the shop and it is so Fun!! I have a lot to share with you all over the next few weeks, so please check back often. There will also be a Blog Hop on the 12th and 13th that you won't want to miss!

I started my card by creating my background with Alcohol Ink. I added the ink to Yupo paper in a rainbow of colors. Once with was dry, I stamped my sentiment from the Summer Surfboards Stamp Set and heat set white embossing powder. You will want to make sure your heat gun is hot before you put it to your Yupo paper or it will curl your paper.

For my shaker, I used the Aloha Shaker Die. I die cut the sun from yellow cardstock and again from a white square of cardstock. I attached acetate to the back of my white cardstock square and inlaid my yellow Aloha sun back into the the die negative to create my window.

Next, I filled my shaker with Citrus Jewels Mix. Once my shaker was made, I attached it to my alcohol ink background and attached everything to my A2 card base.

Supplies:

What is your favorite product from the New Release?  I can't wait to see what you all create...
Enjoy your day,
Dana
