Happy Monday Friends! I hope you had a great weekend! I had a chance to create a card for the MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge over the weekend so I wanted to share it here on my blog today. Have you had a chance to play along? When I just feel like making a card or two, a challenge is always a great place for me to find some inspiration.

Happy Monday Friends! I hope you had a great weekend! I had a chance to create a card for the MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge over the weekend so I wanted to share it here on my blog today. Have you had a chance to play along? When I just feel like making a card or two, a challenge is always a great place for me to find some inspiration.
I started my card by using the Too Cute Turtles stamp and die set. I noticed they are no longer available on the MFT Stamps website, but I did find them on the Simon Says Stamp website along with a few other places. I colored my images with Copic markers and used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
Next, I began creating my card. I used the sketch for my inspiration.
I ran my card panel through the Taylored Expressions Corrugated Embossing Folder to give it some added detail. I attached my turtle and bird to a stitched square and off set a square black and white polka square behind it, using the sketch as my guide. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment onto a small banner and attached that to my card front to finish my card.
