Concord & 9th

Feature Friday: Guest Designer

Hi friends and happy Friday! I am so excited to announce that I will be a guest designer for Concord & 9th for the next few weeks!! It is truly an honor to be asked to be a guest designer for them... I still can't believe it. I love their products and have been a long time fan of everything they design!! I and two other designers will be sharing projects every Friday with products from the latest release.

I created three cards to share today. For all three cards I kept the color palate the same. I used Honeysuckle, Buttercup, Aqua Sky, Midnight and White cardstock and inks. I am in love with their line of colors! You can find all of the ink pads and cardstock here: All Color Products. I was sent the mini ink cubes but will definitely be purchasing the full size pads. I had never stamped with foam pads before, but I am hooked! You use a light touch and get the most crisp clean image with one impression.

Back to my card... for my card I am using the new Everyday Sayings Die Set. I love this die set, such a great font and size! I glued strips of cardstock to a piece of paper and ran it through my die cutting machine with the hi die.

For my card panel, I trimmed down a white piece of cardstock. I then added score lines to the panel for added interest. Lastly, I attached my hi and there to my card panel to finish my card.

My next two cards use the Rainbow Stitches & Strings Bundle

I love this rainbow die, so trendy and unique! I ran the pieces through my die cutting machine two times to create some dimension. I then attached my rainbow to my card panel and added the fringe at the bottom.

To finish my card I stamped my sentiment with the Rainbow Sayings Stamp Set with Midnight ink. I then added a few hearts as an added detail.

My final card uses the Rainbow Stitches & Strings Die Set again. This time I created a more traditional rainbow.

I used the basic dies and added the stitched detail with the stitched dies. I then die cut my clouds and added again and added a few hearts. This time I stamped my sentiment directly above the rainbow.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you liked my cards. Please feel free to leave a question or a comment and I will get back to you. If you are new here I would love to have you follow along.

Enjoy your day,
