Pretty Pink Posh

Blog Hop

Hi friends and welcome to the third day of the Birthday Celebration Blog Hop for Pretty Pink Posh! I hope you are loving all of the new products and inspiration that is being shared. It's such a great release and I can't wait to share all of my projects with you over the next month or so.

Of course I had to create a birthday card to share!! I started my card by doing all of my stamping. I combined a few sets... The mouse is from the Crafty Critters set (this is a free with purchase set), the balloon is from the Balloon Alphabet set, the presents and cupcake are from the Birthday Wreath set and the cute little hat is from the Party Friends set. I colored the images with Copic markers and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

To create my card panel I used the new Layered Candles stencil set. I ink blended the candles in blue ink for a tone one tone look and added a yellow flame. Next, I created my frame with the Party Cake die. I attached a piece of red patterned paper behind the frame and attached it the center of my card panel. I then used the new Build A Cupcake set to stamp and die cut my sentiment. Lastly, I attached my birthday images to finish my card.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and I can't wait to share the rest fo my projects with you. Now for the Blog Hop details:
